Overview: Apparently not very appealing, but why not - it's a canyon and needs some lov'in too. A long hike with a few dry rappels...
Approach:
From Weeping Rock ascend the Observation point trial. When it splits take the Echo canyon trail toward East Rim trail. Head toward Cable Mountain on the Deertrap Mountain trail. Do not take the trail toward Cable Mountain when it splits, just keep following the Deertrap trail to the end and descend the Grotto Canyon. You can shuttle the hike by starting from the East Rim trailhead.
